FAQs
-
Absolutely! All classes are open level, meaning anyone, no matter their fitness level or ability, is welcome in classes. There will always be choices offered for gentle movement or more challenge!
-
Yes! Provided you have medical clearance from your GP or health practitioner. From 20 weeks we will ensure you are elevated if there is ever any supine work, and we ecnourage you to go at your own pace and take break where you need. Modifications and appropriate layers will also be offered to you where needed.
-
When you book your session via the BOOKINGS page, you will be sent a zoom link via email. You can connect to the zoom call before the allocated class time. The instructor will be there before class time starts. It is your choice whether or not to have your camera on, however it is great to do so to allow the instructor to check in on you individually, offer modifications or words of encouragement!
Everyone else will be moving in their own bodies or watching the instructor, so do not feel nervous that people will watch you. We are all here to move and have fun!
-
A yoga/pilates mat would be prefered but not necessary. All classes are at home friendly, so if you don’t have equipment (such as weights or the pilates circle), we can use water bottles of pillows instead! The instructor will advise you before class starts.
