Welcome to Wellness with Abbs - a little hub of wellness, movement, lifestyle and joy! I hope for this space to evolve into a community of like-minded individuals seeking inspiration, motivation and a love for the little things in life.
Originally from a country town in NSW, I have a huge appreciation and love for the small things that bring me joy. Crisp spring mornings, sunset skies, coffee in the sunshine, and a good book (specifically fantasy or romance) to snuggle up with. If I’m not teaching Pilates, you’ll find be curled up on the couch with my fiancé Ben, catching up with friends, or studying.

Pilates
I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, having experienced in teaching group matwork and reformer classes, as well as 1:1 sessions. Pilates has allowed me to find a form of movement that I love and enjoy immensely, and I would love to share that with you!
Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, get stronger, or bring positivity and mindful movement into your life, this is a great option to set your own pace and feel energised and inspired to move!
My hope for you is to find a sense inner wellness, mind-body connection and confidence through the Pilates practice. I cannot wait to be on this movement journey with you and give you that Pilates burn!
